Care & services

A permanent home, with nursing care built in

The Willows is a high care facility, caring for both high and low needs. A registered nurse is on site twenty-four hours a day, inside a home small enough that everyone is known by name.

A home, first

Your own room, your own routines

A permanent place here means a real home. Your loved one keeps their own room, their own rhythms, and as much independence as they can enjoy, while skilled clinical care sits quietly in the background, ready whenever it is needed.

Who this suits

A good fit when…

  • A lasting place to call home

For an older person who needs care every day and is ready to settle somewhere warm and familiar for the long term.

  • High or low care needs

We care for both high and low needs under one roof, so the level of support can grow with your loved one without another move.

  • A family that wants to stay close

A small home in Ashfield where visitors are welcome until 8pm, and the people who own the home are the people you meet at the door.

Residential care

Care that knows the person

A permanent place at The Willows means a real home. Your loved one keeps their own room, their own routines, and as much of their independence as they are able to enjoy, while skilled clinical care sits quietly in the background, ready whenever it is needed.

We are a high care facility, committed to caring for both high and low needs. Because a registered nurse is on site around the clock, families have the reassurance of knowing that medication, observation and clinical support are always close by, given by people who know the resident well.

Being small is the whole point. With forty beds and a family at the door, care here stays personal. The nurses learn your mother's name, the kitchen learns how she likes her tea, and the same familiar faces are there week after week. That continuity matters most when memory or health begins to change.
